In December and January, 2025/2026 we contracted with Fresh Coat Painting of SWFL to paint our two four story condominium buildings with 44 units total.
From the initial meeting until the job was completed we were impressed with Frank Casale. He was experienced, honest and delivered more than he promised. He had daily "hands on" management of his crews and communicated effectively and directly with our board representatives overseeing the project.
Our job included painting all exterior stucco walls, doors, hallways and 44 seperate lanais. Informing owners of the timing was most challenging since we have a high percentage of snowbirds. They were very helpful in working courteously with our owners. We received numerous owner compliments on the crews and how friendly and efficiently they worked.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the finished results. The quality of the workmanship, the paint and the attention to detail will give us a long lasting product we are proud of.
